These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of aifirstnation.org (the “Site”), operated by Laurence Liew. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. What This Site Is

aifirstnation.org presents the “AI-First Nation” book and an assistant chatbot that answers questions based on the book’s content.

Chatbot

The assistant chatbot provides information based on the “AI-First Nation” book. Its answers may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not professional advice.

The AIRI Framework

The AI Readiness Framework is published at airi.foundation under a Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 licence, and may be used and adapted with attribution.

Acceptable Use

You must not use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or disruptive activity, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its data.

Assessment Disclaimer

AIRI assessment results are provided for guidance and benchmarking only. They are not a certification, accreditation, audit, or professional advice, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision.

Intellectual Property

The aifirstnation.org platform, name, and branding are owned by the Operator. The AI Readiness Framework is licensed under CC BY 4.0 as described above. Content you submit remains yours.

Availability & Liability

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.

Independence

This Site is an independent initiative and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any government agency or third-party organisation.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The “Last updated” date shows when it was last revised.

Governing Law
